Going Green

Working in partnership with Cardiff University as part of a European Regional Development Project, CNC Investments are reviewing the management and operation of Clarence House with a view of improving and implementing a Green Policy. The policy will endeavour to cover all environmental aspects from energy monitoring and conservation, to tenant information booklets and the implementation of green leases. The aim is to work closely with all parties associated with the building to make Clarence House a model in the ongoing management and operation of existing multi-tenanted buildings.
