Building Facelift.  Work is now complete on the external refurbishment of the upper parts of Clarence House, following one of the years largest facelifts outside of Hollywood. David Barnes of CNC Property Fund Management comments "With advances in the technology used we are delighted with the old girl's facelift, which is set to remain a beacon on Newport City's skyline for years to come".

Web Site Update. Development is underway to introduce a secure section within the web site, keeping tenants up to speed on Clarence House specific news.

Reception to get DDA make over.  Orders have been placed for the complete refurbishment and extension of the Clarence House reception area, with work due to commence shortly. Sue Lawrence receptionist at Clarence House comments “we are all excited about the new reception area that will bring the quality of the reception up to the high standard of the refurbished space within the building”.
